How to control your Apple TV without the Siri Remote
If your Siri Remote is lost or broken, True Remote for Apple TV turns your Android phone into an Apple TV remote over Wi-Fi. Install it, choose your Apple TV and type the 4-digit PIN it shows. The free version has arrows with OK, Back, Home, play/pause, volume, mute, power and press and hold, like the Siri Remote.

Use your Android phone as the remote
- Install True Remote for Apple TV from Google Play and open it.
- Turn on your TV and Apple TV, and make sure your phone is on the same Wi-Fi network as the Apple TV.
- Tap Find Apple TV and choose your Apple TV from the list.
- Type the 4-digit PIN shown on the TV screen and tap Pair.
- Use the arrows and OK to move around. Choose D-pad or Swipe above the remote to pick the layout you like.
