SNOR LTD provides ShortBlocker. These terms apply when you install or use the app. If you do not agree to them, please do not use it. How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy. Updated: 6 October 2026.
ShortBlocker uses Android's accessibility service to recognise short-video screens in the supported apps (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat) and then goes back or covers the video. You choose which app to block, you can pause blocking, and you can turn off ShortBlocker's accessibility access at any time in Android Settings.
ShortBlocker is free to use for one app at a time, and you can change which app that is whenever you like. ShortBlocker Premium is an optional subscription that lets you block several apps at once. The app is licensed to you, not sold. SNOR LTD keeps all rights in it.
Premium is sold as a monthly or a yearly subscription through Google Play. The price is shown in the app and in Google Play before you subscribe, in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Google account, and the subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel it.
If a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you subscribe. You are not charged during the trial if you cancel before it ends. If you do not cancel, you are charged the price shown when the trial ends.
You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Play Store, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Because the subscription is with Google Play, we cannot cancel it for you. If the price changes, Google Play tells you before the new price applies to you.
Purchases are made through Google Play, so refunds are handled under Google Play's refund rules. If you need help with a purchase, email support@snorltd.com. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
The supported apps change their screens often, and ShortBlocker may sometimes miss a short video or block a screen by mistake. We update the detection rules to keep up, but we cannot promise that every video or screen will be recognised. ShortBlocker is a tool to help you scroll less. It is not designed as parental-control or safety software. If it misses something or blocks the wrong thing, you can report it in the app.
Please use ShortBlocker lawfully. Do not copy, resell or redistribute it, or try to take it apart, except where the law allows. Do not misuse the report feature, for example by sending spam.
ShortBlocker is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Meta or Snapchat. Their names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which apps ShortBlocker works with.
To the extent the law allows, ShortBlocker is provided as it is, without promises that it will work without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, SNOR LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for anything related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can settle any dispute about them. If you use the app as a consumer, this does not take away any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the updated terms.
